Schavon is a passionate designer whose natural creativity and dedication to exceptional client care stem from a long and rewarding career in client services—well before she began her dual journey in design and real estate. A lifelong Southern California resident, she finds deep fulfillment in helping clients transform houses into homes that truly reflect their personality, lifestyle, and story.
With years of experience and a trusted network of architects, builders, and suppliers, Schavon expertly manages every stage of the design process. Whether restoring the character of a historic home or crafting a completely new modern space, she brings each client’s vision to life with genuine enthusiasm. She believes that “marrying in my clients’ personality is what really brings a home together.”
Her clients often describe her as warm, approachable, and highly attentive. From the first consultation to the final reveal, Schavon’s energy and professionalism create lasting relationships built on trust, comfort, and care. In addition to her design career, Schavon has a deeply rooted history of philanthropy. She formerly served as a Committee Member for Heels2HealOC, a charitable organization supporting the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC). She also spent years organizing events, leading small groups, and volunteering through local community outreach programs.
Schavon was also the founder of Project Lakay, a non-profit 501(c)(3) devoted to rebuilding Haiti’s infrastructure after catastrophic natural disasters. Through this initiative, she utilized her real estate and design expertise to develop affordable housing solutions and dedicated a portion of each project’s revenue to support the cause. Looking ahead, Schavon remains passionate about expanding her philanthropic efforts and hopes to create future programs that continue to uplift underserved communities locally and globally.
A resident of Newport Beach, Schavon enjoys photography, cooking, animals, and long walks by the ocean. A fitness enthusiast, she dedicates time to running, yoga, and other outdoor activities that keep her energized and inspired. Collaborating with other talented designers is one of Schavon’s favorite aspects of her work. She loves sharing creative perspectives with leading design professionals, believing that collaboration often leads to the most inspired and memorable results.
